These small space ads for home loan were released in the property section of classifieds ads of a leading newspaper. Typically, in the classifieds section ads are in 10cc or less. So we made the layouts in 10cc or less. The layouts itself were blueprints of small houses. We cramped the blueprints with furniture, fittings, household items and everything that go in a house. And made it seem like the houses were bursting at seams. Telling the Target Audience, who were looking to buy bigger houses, that we provide loans for the same.
